how can it be her under a different name when its two different actresses playing her? im sorry im still confused. hopefully the next episode will give me some answers

Ocnsadothfan is right, Rebecca is Char’s Aunt, who used to go by her first name, Annie. Annie Hobbs is the twin’s birth mother (as far as we know!) and she’s currently MIA.
As for Thayer, I don’t think we know how he knew yet, and I suspect we’ll learn next week. What do you guys think?

They switched actresses, I read somewhere.

I think we will,find out in future episodes maybe next weeks or maybe in a couple of weeks .

I don't want to know!

So glad the show is back! I was definitely confused for a lot of the episode though with the Rebecca/Annie thing. I'm still wondering what Justin's deal is... Originally I thought he was going to be related to someone, but now I'm wondering if it's something else like revenge. Maybe Laurel's dad was involved with his mother's death?

The ending felt like Pretty Little Liars. A really IS everywhere!

No spoilers I would not even know where to get them to post them and I don't know to use spoiler tags here at the site lol,.....

Just checking! I thought it might have been book spoilers or something, cause I haven't read those and I saw some comments elsewhere saying the show was starting to follow the books.

I was really confused about the Annie/Rebecca thing. I thought maybe someone was pretending to be her, but wouldn't her own sister know the difference? But then Alec was saying Annie was there, but it wasn't Annie Hobbs. So we're supposed to think Annie Hobbs and Rebecca are two different Annies...? Was it Annie Hobbs in the photo album or Rebecca? So confusing! Is it Monday yet?

The show isn't really following the book much yet but yes it looks like its beginning too .There are only two books out I read them both and the 3rd comes out in February after I read that than I will know little more if the show is going by the books.. Both are still different right now.

Sutton is kind of a bitch In my opinion.But I see those friends can get as bitchy as her too lol maybe thats why their her friends.

Char and Mads can both be pretty nasty themselves, but they were both very devoted to Sutton. And both Ethan and Thayer were in love with her, despite how awful she treated them and everyone around her. Just...why???

I guess at some point we'll see that Sutton isn't all bad and has a secret soft side, blah blah. But the writers need to be careful about how horrible they make Sutton or it will get to the point that she isn't redeemable at all.
