Q for Fanbolt...
(I really didn't know where to post this thread.)
So when we, as members of Fanbolt, post headlines on your main page, we are required to list the source from where we received our information. My question is, why is it that when a headline is posted by Fanbolt there is no source listed or link to check out? I realize that headlines are headlines regardless of how much "truth" there may be to them but lately a few have seemed quite "iffy." ![]() Just curious. Thanks

Headlines that are posted without sources are written directly by us and not by other sources. We do not post stories that aren't also being covered by other sources. Usually these stories are also covered in NY or LA Times. We make sure not report news that is "iffy" and if it is just rumored, then we place it under Celebrity Gossip and usually state in the article that it is "rumored"
We do ask that members submitting part of articles or summaries of articles include source links so we can cover the story. However, the stories we post are either press releases, original stories, or brief parts of articles from other sources (in which case we include a link) If there is a certain headline in question let me know.

No problem! If you ever have a question about an article don't hesitate to ask
