I've started trying to work a few into my wardrobe, but it's really hard for me to find comfortable ones that fit my body type. I'm like a pear and they don't always look flattering.
 I'm going to collect a ton of them, they're soooo comfortable!

It definitely seems like a lot of the stores are making them. It's not my usual thing but I got a pair and like it a lot. Here's a pic of me in the shirt:

Chloe - pear shapes can be tough, although I envy your booty's! Anyway, something you can consider is wearing a tank under the plaid shirt and undoing some of the top of the plaid shirt over (either entirely or just some). THEN I'd incorporate lots of layered necklaces or one big statement necklace.
 It's all about balance. I bet you look great.
