What is the first movie you remember seeing in the theater?

What is the very first movie that you can actually remember going to the movie theater to see?

My Dad took me and my older sister to see Die Hard in 1988. I was only 6 at the time, but remember it to this day!

Home Fries with Drew Barrymore and i think Luke Wilson... I'm sure there was something I seen before that but I honestly don't remember...

The 1st one I believe was Jerassic Park ( I was about 4 or 5 then..) It was my 1st time seeing a movie on such a big screen and I remeber how I found it too be way too lound, I was kind intimdated by the movie epescially the big dianosaurs, I am surprised that I didn't start crying or anything And surprised that my brother took me to such a movie at that age and that I was allowed to see it. ( I have no idea what the age limit was prob 8+)

Song of the South - what a racist piece of junk but we certainly didn't see that in the 60's.

An early favorite memory was seeing Dean Martin & Jerry Lewis in 3 Ring Circus (1954). That saturday matinee Buffalo Bob and Clarabelle from Howdy Doody appear on stage before the movie.

I don't remember my first movie, but I definately remember my first PG rated movie-it was JAWS!
I was 7 and my 13 yo sister took me and a friend. When the bald guys' head fell and his eyeball was missing we both grabbed my sister and wouldn't let go! She remembers she thought she was going to die in the theater because she couldn't breathe! (She is still alive and kicking.)
