I feel the same way. Place just isn't the same without him. I miss him fighting with Rachel over who gets the solos or his close friendship with Mercedes. I love his potential relationship with Blaine. But I would rather just have him back. The kid that was bullying him shouldn't have gotten away with that.

) say that Kurt should stay at Dalton and I'm like... no way! Dalton is a school of conformity where Kurt can't be himself. Kurt belongs at McKinley. I remember watching the Dog Days Are Over scene, which I loved, but it was sad cause Kurt wasn't there to have fun with everyone.Chris has said he hopes the Dalton thing doesn't last too long because he wants to be back with his Glee family. So hopefully it will be over within a few episodes and Kurt will be back where he belongs!

I ship them as a potential couple, but their relationship could work with Kurt not going to school there. Their adorable scenes don't make up for Kurt not being at McKinley. THere is a hole in Glee that none of the new characters can fill. You are totally right, Dalton isn't the place for Kurt, sure he is safe from bullys, which is important to him, I get it, but he has friends there that support him and can help him. Its like he ran away from the bullys, I know he tried standing up to that jerk, but I still think it could have been went about a different way. I teach so I KNOW that is not how bullys are handed, so the whole situation drives me nuts, even though I know its TV and therefore not reality, but still, lots of teens watch it, so they are seeing Kurt run away from his problems and not facing them, which is what you have to learn to do as a adult.

One thing about Glee is they obviously have some sort of magical transporter device
so that you can easily travel a few hours to visit someone for a quick conversation, no big deal. Kurt and Blaine were doing it before Kurt went to Dalton apparently (when they went to Breadstix) and Will visited Kurt for gift giving advice. So there's no reason why Kurt and Blaine couldn't visit after school and on weekends. No need for Kurt to stay at Dalton or Blaine transfer to McKinley. (It was ridiculous enough when Jesse did it.)As for Kurt going to Dalton, I probably wouldn't want to stay at a school where a kid was threatening my life either. Especially if the adults at the school aren't keeping you safe. But it does kind of send the message that the bullies win. I do think we're only in the middle part of the arc though and that it will (hopefully) start moving towards a place where Kurt is able to return to McKinley and be who he is and be proud of it. At least at McKinley he had a support system in the glee club, people that accepted him for who he is and loved him for it. At Dalton he has a bird in a cage (aka a metaphor for Kurt) and people who encourage him to "tone down" who he is and blend in with everyone else. Kind of sad actually... Is it February yet? I need a new episode! |

at the transporter device, so true. This show is very good, but not necessarily realistic, typical for TV. I hope Blaine doesn't switch to McKinley, it works for him to go to Dalton, he fits in there, unlike Kurt. Its extremely sad that Kurt can't be himself there at Dalton, thats what I hate so much about it. I know they are very accepting, and that is what he needs right now but still, they are borderline too accepting. Its like he went from one extreme to another. From being the only gay kid in school who is bullied constantly for standing out and all, to not standing out at all and blending in. He seems only comfortable to me there when he is with Blaine. 2 more weeks till new episode, thank god, dying here.

I was so hoping that the football players being more open with the Glee club would bring Kurt back to McKinley. Silly I know, but I want it to happen so bad. Even though I loved the warblers rendition of "Bills, Bills, Bills" he doesn't belong there. He just blends in too much there.
Him bringing warm milk to finn every night for girl talk is so beyond awesome
