i agree, to put it more in context, Blake Lively's looks are hotter but her character Serena is so annoying i feel like slapping her all the time cos she's making the "blond" jokes come true. She's always rushed into making her own WRONG and STUPID conclusions and then feel bad about it afterward after making a mess. Blair is more calculative but cool about things. She will actually think things thru. And came out wiser.

Serena is so gorgeous, but Blair is so classicly polished perfection it's hard to pick who's "prettier" or "hotter". They both look amazing, but are two very different types of girl. I don't think one is hands down the hot one. They're both hot and beautiful. But if I had to pick, I'd say Serena.

yeah she does make the blonde jokes seem real...but i wouldnt say that all blondes are the same..
All i can i say is that they are both beautiful.
