I love using Pantene, because it makes my hair feel so soft afterwards, but after like a day for some reason, my hair goes, POOF! It frizzes so bad that I have to straighten it. And i hate straightening it. But after I put some Pantene product in it, it works like magic! I

Hey guys, i have a question, i'm going to a friend's going away party tomorrow night and i'm really concern if a seizure will hit. i usually drink lots of water to keep my system calmed down and to try and keep me functioning ok. any tips on how i can keep myself safe and what i can do to make sure i have a blast and reduce my worrying?
I'm desperate for advice, cause all the parties i've been to have resulted in me being VERY close to a seizure.

![]() I was just wondering... I don't do a lot of physical activity, but it's not because i'm not capable. I'll go rollerblading anytime, i'll play a soccer game with friends, but i'm not in a sports team. Everyone around me seems to have this passion for a physical activity, but i'm into writing and artistic stuff. I'm not overweight (i'm about to be undersweight so I make sure to eat correctly now) and my mom is freaking out for some reason. At school, gym makes us run *a lot* (8 minutes to warm up every course and then, 1.2 or 3 km when it's nice out!!) and i'll be in the average ones, never being last, though never finishing first. I would want to get more active, but it's just that there's nothing that's pushing me to do so. Before, I wanted to lose weight but now, weight lost is really not an issue for me anymore. Any activities you can think of that might just get me active for a short period everyday so my mom stops freaking out?

^I always go on short bike rides or walks so I can get some time alone. I'm also like you - I'm not one for physical activity. I'd rather be writing in my journal. But I like my bike rides.
