Hey You – You Use Too Much Shampoo!
good shampoos
You guys, listen to me for a second. Or maybe more than a second. Ahem. A lot of you are using TOO MUCH of your shampoo and conditioner! It’s wasteful of the product and it’s making you have to buy more and more way too fast!I know that I fall prey to squeezing out too much shampoo/conditioner into my hands, but that’s why we must be vigilant! “How much shampoo should I use?” About the size of a quarter if you have really long hair. If you have short hair use a dime-sized amount of ... Hey You – You Use Too Much Shampoo!

For you, thanks for sharing this. Can you post some benefits of using exact amount of shampoo? I think this one can really help us in knowing how much shampoo we will use. I learn some fact before that we must not put too much chemicals on our hair, it's because the natural content in our hair can be remove because of putting something to your hair. The best way to bring that back is what you have said here, the natural products. Natural products can retain you natural hair back to normal.

You also don't need to 'repeat.' Your initial wash gets rid of over 99% of oils and dirt. The additional washing is really just psychologically pleasing and a marketing trick.

Shampoo removes the natural oils from the hair, so what more if you use more than the amount. The removal of these oils is what damages the hair by making it less supple and much more brittle. So you replace the natural oils with the oils in conditioners. It helps.
