I have learned a few ways to get rid of stress:
- If you are stressed by a person every time you see them, don't see them. - If you are stressed by a situation, try to avoid that situation. Yes, some people or things in life are tough to avoid, but some of us need to grow a backbone and take a stand for our health! |
