The Odd Life Of Timothy Green
![]() Academy Award®–nominated director/writer Peter Hedges ("Dan in Real Life," "What's Eating Gilbert Grape") brings enchantment to the screen with "The Odd Life of Timothy Green," an inspiring, magical story about a happily married couple, Cindy and Jim Green (Jennifer Garner and Joel Edgerton), who can't wait to start a family but can only dream about what their child would be like. When young Timothy (CJ Adams) shows up on their doorstep one stormy night, Cindy and Jim—and their small town of Stanleyville—learn that sometimes the unexpected can bring some of life's greatest gifts. Source: IMDB I overlooked movie when first hearing about it, but since the trailers have had more play on television lately, I am excited to see it! This will make for a great family movie, and probably one I will wait until it releases OnDemand or Blockbuster Kiosk, but definitely one I will sit down and watch with the kids. It doesn't hurt that not only is a great director attached to this one, but also a great actress I love to see in family movies, Jennifer Garner. This is definitely one of those movies that seems to make you appreciate life more, and one of those that you only wish you could view life the way the main character does. Movies like this just seem to make the world seem oh so right again; if only for 90 minutes. So, do you plan on seeing The Odd Life Of Timothy Green? Is This One A Theater Watch For You? Or A Wait-For-The-DVD Type?
