One thing (actually two) that might seem like a bargain but is NOT is the GRINDHOUSE EXPERIENCE collections 1 and 2. They SOUND like a bargain--- 20 hard-to-find movies in a box set (40 flicks altogether between the two sets), but they are the WORST TRANSFERS EVER! Most (all?) are copies from deteriorating vhs tapes (bootlegs?), many with foreign subtitles you can not remove. Most annoying is almost all of them have large sections where the tape is messed up. The movies may be cool, but they are all but unwatchable. UGH! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

For This Afternoon Only: TVD Season 3 Is $9.99 On Amazon
Amazon.com is doing the Black Friday thing a little early, and today, they’ve put up the complete third season DVD set of The Vampire Diaries for only $9.99. This is a set that usually goes for something like $40, so that’s a steal. It’s a “Lightning Deal” which means it might even be gone by the time you read this. Hopefully not, though!
