Bon Jovi prepare for an unforgettable world tour with the name “Circle tour”

The legendary American rock band Bon Jovi formed in 1983 with the lead singer and namesake Jon Bon Jovi, guitarist Richie Sambora, keyboardist David Bryan, bassist Alec John Such and drummer Tico Torres. In 1994 Alec John Such was replaced by Hugh McDonald. The band created successful albums during the period 1990s - 2000s.
Bon Jovi prepare for an unforgettable world tour with the name “Circle tour” that will start in February and will be closed in July. All expect the upcoming event with great anticipation. The Bon Jovi concerts will begin on 19th February , 2010 in Seattle, WA. On February 22, the tour will continue in San Jose, CA. They will please many of their fans, visiting cities like Los Angeles, CA; Las Vegas, NV; Kansas City, MOMontreal, Quebec, CA; Philadelphia, PA and many others. Exciting journey will end in Chicago, IL. The tour will include 135 shows and 30 cities. Giants Stadium holds great importance for Bon Jovi and lead guitarist Richie Sambora, that's why they chose to be the first concert of the new stadium. This is because they are New Jersey natives, they've played Giants Stadium more than eight times and feel like at home.
Another great success for long-time friend Jon Bon Jovi and Richie Sambora was that in 2009 they were inducted into Songwriters Hall of Fame. That same month, they recorded the song "Stand By Me" featuring Iranian singer Andy Madadian. With this song they showed solidarity for the victims of violence in Iran.

For example in 2008 they were nominated for CMT Music Award, for Academy of Country Music Award and in the same year they had the great honor to be nominated for Grammy Award, category Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocals.
