Milk

I cannot wait to watch this! Harvey Milk was the first openly gay man to be elected to office in California.

I just saw the trailer for this (they showed it before Slumdog Millionaire) and Sean Penn's performance looks amazing! I'd really like to see this.

Also check out "The Times of Harvey Milk"-- a documentary about him.

Penn's performance is a marvelous act of empathy in a movie and his voice/protests stuns all citizens of the city.

twinreader is on a distinguished road
I heard an NPR interview for Milk and it sounded good. I wonder how it will do at the box office.

I saw it over the weekend and it was really good! A lot of people were crying. Sean Penn is amazing in it, as is the whole ensemble!
