The Last House On The Left (2009)

I haven't seen the original, but the premise sounds so creepy!

Sara Paxton is in it, and it looks like a completely different role than what she's been in ("Sydney White," "Aquamarine," and "Darcy's Wild Life").

I don't think I'll watch cuz the trailer looks... too scary.

It's crazy to see that she is a way different role in this but it's cool I guess

I'm squeamish so it's not so much scary I can't handle.. but like gross-out torture is too much for me. WHy would anyone put themselves through movies like that?!

I guess roles don't matter when it comes to money. I think I'd be freaked out if that was me though. Especially scary movies that are based on true events like the Connecticut one!

I don't think Sara took the role for money, but that it's a chance for her to do something different, more dark, and show her range. So far in her career, she has only played Disney and family-friendly roles in Aquamarine, Sleepover, and Sydney White.

Sara was so cool in Aquamarine! I liked the part when she's riding on top of the girls' bike -- it's real funny! Then when she screams in the mall. LOL

But yeah, um, this movie will be a 360 for her.

WHOA! I just read this review here http://www.mercurynews.com/movies/ci_11887455 (THERE ARE SPOILERS so don't click if you don't wanna know)

and it singled out Sara Paxton's performance as the film's shining factor. I'm surprised as usually in horror movies performances aren't really noted.

Yeah, those scenes were funny in Aquamarine. I love how her outfits matched her hair.

It definitely will.. wow that is amazing! Really need to see this film now even though it will probably freak me out
