Star Trek (2009) released

The movie every one waited was released it was non other than the movie Star Trek (2009) hire it was the wild adventure s and the missions on the sky and the planets discovering was nicely made up in the movie also the attacks on the aliens and the other stuff was pretty interesting though faction seems like real. For kids and teen it was a good movie to improve their science. We saw it and was a good movie.

I was a little skeptical when I saw the trailer, so I am relieved to hear a Star Trek fan say it is good. Can't wait to see it. (Still, no Jean Luc Picard....)

Star Trek-2009 A Happy Suprise!

To be honest, I didn't have big expectations going into the film. I was very happy to be wrong.

The film was well done, JJ got almost the right mix of sci-fi/action adventure/humor that made Star Trek work so well.

Acting was suprisingly good. I saw nods to the original actors, but every actor put their own spin on the charters as well, again making sense since the timeline changed.

I also like the fact the film made it very clear that what we saw was an alternate timeline, so even us "old gaurd" fans can enjoy without feelining guilty.

This film surpassed my expectations.

Ryan, is on a distinguished road
I agree with zombieraey - I've never seen anything Star Trek related before until I saw "Star Trek" and I was blown away. Not only was it full of excellent acting and great writing (and "Alias" references up the whazzoo! ) but the cinematography was stunning! The special effects, the lighting, the coloring...It was all perfect!

I actually hope that they make a sequel. And soon. I'm sure that Chris Pine ages like fine wine but I want to see more of him now. Please. Hahaha
