Well THATS an interesting theory. If he wrote the book, maybe he could change it, or have a hand in it anyways. Is the book even finished? If it was, wouldnt they know what the ending was? Perhaps it isnt finished yet? Hmmm....

He very well could be. IF hes the writer- big IF- then maybe hes come back to writer it again, or with a different outcome...or as it happens. Emma is the only one who could change everything. Perhaps he knows this somehow and that is why hes there. However, the thing that bothers me is if hes a Grimm brother or anyother character for 'fairytale land', how was he not there before? Also, they burned the pages because they didnt want Regina to know what happens...if it was good though, wouldnt Henry feel better about things? Wouldnt he know that they would succeed in the end? Since he doesnt appear to know that, I wonder what could have possibly been in those pages? I hope they reveal what they were in future episodes.

In light of Sundays epi, I think MM believes it is just a fictional book. She probably had it in her class room. How it got there is an interesting question Id like to know. Who wrote it and how do they know everyones business is another one.

I have a theory too. I'm not pretty sure but i think evil queen was the queen of hearts in Alice in Wonderland before being evil queen. She collects hearts. Maybe its too much simple to happen, but we learn that one person can be two fairy tale character at the same time(magic mirror and genie).

I think that the Stranger is Gold's/ Rumpilstilkins son - the writing of the book and the idea about the curse could have only come from Mr Gold or the EQ and she wouldn't tell anyone. I have read a posting staing that EQ was Rumps wife and that the kid is hers.

Not sure about Rgina and Mr Gold together at some point (though I really wouldnt be surprised by it), but Ion being Mr Golds son is a VERY interesting theory.

I missed that she collects hearts. If this is so, then you could very well be right.

All I can say is..... I KNEW IT!!!! I knew that Gold/Rumples knew who he really was. And we learned that there is a MAJOR rivalry between the Queen and Rumples. But of course this brings up a whole new set of questions:

1) Why is Regina keeping "Belle" locked up in the psych ward of the hospital?
2) Did the Queen lie to Rumples when she said Belle killed herself?
3) Is Rumples/Gold up to something more? We already know he is a master manipulator and he is usually 2 or 3 moves a head of everyone else.
4) Does the Queen/Regina want Rumples' power for herself or does she just want him out of her way so she is the "most powerful".

justafanboy: in response to your first question, i think that since belle would be Gold's true love then the queen doesn't want his curse to be broken. they kept repeating the fact that true loves kiss could break any spell.

Perhaps it could in some way alter the world they live in now? I know the Queens desire is to see everyone miserable, so I can see her hiding Belle from Gold. Question- does Gold know Belle is in the ward? Or does he still believe her to be dead?

True Love's Kiss... Hmmmmm. I cannot remember, have MM and David kissed? If so maybe since David is still torn the kiss they share is not that of True Love.

Does Gold know Belle is still alive? His actions indicate he believes she is dead. However, as I said Gold is a master of manipulations, so he could be playing Regina. Maybe Belle is NOT Gold's/Rumples' true love. He told Belle that his "power" meant more to him than anything and he believed that she was sent to take it from him.

The Queen's desire is that everyone suffer in misery. Rumpels desire seems to be to mess with the Queen and thus ensure she is miserable as well.
