^^Emma, Wow those shots are Awesome, I esp. LOVE the 3rd and 5th shots. I love the colors of the pink popping out and the skyline in the back is just Gorgeous. Great job... and too, I know your Background in the shots.
^^^Resa, I really like how in focus the plane shot is and I kind of like the one of the Buddha from the Po Lin Monastery, in Hong Kong.

My friend was in town yesterday who is studying to become a theater actress, so I always try to do some more photos for her portfolio when she comes into town. Here are my favorite ones from yesterday.

Hehe, taking pictures out of the plane window is so FUN! I was annoyed I couldnt do it this time around because my camera broke!! Hence i bought a new one in HK

Em I love the first two shots of her, the background itself is very beautiful and her clothes stand out too, which is nice. Its also cool that you two can share your passions together!

Katie Ive never had any lessons, so i say just get a decent camera and try taking some shots! My dad has a really old camera, huge thing, that would be perfect for photography unfortunately im not allowed to use it!

This isnt really artistic but I love going to the pet store and gazing at the bunnies when im picking up food for chase. These bunnies were licking and sleeping next to one another, how cute is that!



^That is one of those ambient nodding toys you might have seen! Its in my room nodding away LOL

The perspective shot off the back of my head...is like my classic shot. I do it all the time!

Lea the last cross picture doesnt show up but from what I can see:
The cat pictures are very nice, I love photographing animals, because they have such nice poses. I like the contrast of the negative background.
The pool shots are great because the colours are very sharp.
Jellyfish photos are beautiful!!

Im gonna try and advertise this forum to get more activity.

Tanks hun. I'll try to repost the cross later... but I'm glad you like the cat pose. And too, that is my cat Wicket, if you look closely you'll see that his eyes are very similar to the leave caught in his claw. I have another image similar to it w/ a gal I 'popped' the color in her eyes... One day, I'll share it.

That sounds like that type of shot is your signature... I like to take pictures at an angel, myself... so, that prolly is my signature. Finally, I'm glad you've got it in your siggy, I hope it attracts others to this thread. *fingers crossed*

im not a good photographer but since you guys are talking about taking photos out of planes i thought id post this
taken on the way to rome last year

The next 2 images, I took inside a building w/ a Large format camera. This type of camera is the one you might have seen in the modern times, where the photographer had to cove up his/her head to see the 'model'. It has another usage that is still used today w/ photographing buildings.
