If I were you then I'd steer away from the threads apart from intoduce yourself, because that's random talk. I'd ignore it all until you've at least watch the 1st series

Anyways glad you're gonna watch, hope you enjoy it

AH! I just finished Season 1. I'm so sad..
I've loved the series so far though. I've got Season 2 shipping right away. I can't believe it's is the last one with this cast though! Has Season 3 been as good to you all as the first two?

Searies 1 and 2 are awesome, you've fallen for the characters and it doesn't disappoint in my opinion but series 3 is good but not to the quality of the others in my opinion. i shall watch the 4th series too now that we know the characters but i don't think it can work for the 5th series

Well I guess I will keep my mind open for Series 3. I'm pretty disappointed though that there will be no more of this cast after I finish 2! I hope these kids continue their careers though, I like them all!

It is kinda lame I know. Well most of them are doign pretty well, they all have their projects as far as I checked. I mean Nick Hoult was always known for About A Boy before Skins so he's alright with making a name for himself. The greatest one is Dev Patel going from Skins to a worldwide phenomenon in a few months. He's really made it worldwide now. The rest seem to be doing fine too though

Oh, definitely with Dev. He's already doing so so well with Slumdog and everything. It's great. I didn't even recognize him in the show until I read up on it on the Skins IMDB page. I was blown away! Haha.

I know, people assume it's his first role but it's definately not. He was definately one of my faves though in the 1st 2 series. I think I only ever really had a problem with Jal and Michelle, the rest I loved.

So what are your favourite characters and storylines so far?

I don't think I could really pick a favorite. I loved Tony to begin with, then he was just an ass, then I just felt sorry for him toward the end. Sid is such a little lost boy, I just want to take care of him! Cassie is just plain amazing....totally...wow. Chris's story is interesting and he's such a great guy despite all of his shortcomings. Maxxie is so adorable! I want a best friend like him. Anwar is so awkward and so hilarious without even trying. Michelle is intense and if Josh hadn't turned out to be so cruel, I would have rooted for them!

I'm not too terribly in love with Effy's character. It's hard to have an opinion on Jal, they didn't do much with her character really. Even her episode was hardly about her in the first series.

I love Tony, especially in series 1, i love how crazy and manic he really is, he was pretty screwed up. I liked him in series 2 but he got a little dull because he seemed to become regular and focus on being with Chelle. I did enjoy his rebonding with Sid though, I love those two to bits

Cassie and Chris are probably my faves

I love them both for the similar reasons, they are awesoem characters

That's cool, you seem to like most of them really, that's really. How much have you watched then? I don't want to spoil and I have a habbit of rabbiting on and accidentally doing this

I got Series 2 in last week and I FINALLY watched the first episode of that last night. So I'm only 1 into Series 2 right now.

Ok i got you now. It's an odd first episode, just because everything seems to be so messed up, but I really loved it. I cried when i saw Tony, poor love. I do love him

I think I'm one of the only one who loved Effy from the very very beginning

I really loved the first episode of Series 2 also! It feels like forever since I've watched them. I need to re-watch soon

I loved her fromt he beginning, because she was just so unusual, especially when she didn't talk

I really loved her closeness with Tony too, she was the one thing he showed his care for which i loved.

I think I may buy series 2, i got some money for my birthday last week so may slash out if my bills aren't too much
