Okay so the guys got skills as well as some guns...

Hes sexy and he can ACT like nobody buisness! Who else could go from being the Oligatory Phsycotic Jackass we saw in the Pilot to the riveting, animated, complex character we loved so much in the finale?

The guy has got skills from the King of Snark, to being able to play vunerable and hurt, all at the same time. There is not very many actors that could pull of RTs Brillant character of Logan Echolls, but I am sure glad they cast JD!

Oh and did I mention he was hott?

I rememember i thought that kid in that scene was a dork, but now I am so over come with fan girlie love, I am sure if I went back and watched it, I would still love him.

This sounds weird, but personally, though I don't fan girl over how hot guys are, I think JD's acting ability makes him hotter, so I think Logan is hotter than JD. Does that make sense?

I was just to edit my last post to say the same thing. I think Logan is totally hotter than JD.

The reason I love JD so much is because of Logan, or rather the combonation of Logan and what JD puts into the role. He HAS to be the most talented in the cast besides KB. The EC is up there too

I am sure that most girls if they look at his pic and have never seen him on Veronica Mars, are going to be wondering what I am smoking...

Oh yeah. His acting skills are deffinatly high up there. JD actually reminds me a lot of Edward Norton (his acting style, and his looks). Not Logan, but Jason And now he's scruffy, just like Edward Norton. It's a bit creepy.

I do not think it is creppy, but then again I find Edward Norton hot as well. I have noticed the resemblence as well though. And I wish theyd let Logan go scruffy in the beggining of the season, but it makes him look SO much older, so I doubt they will. But Scruffy logan is "Super Fine". (Tradmark Caz)

I defintley do not think that I would be invested in Logan as a character if someone else (Say TD) was cast in JDs place.

I've got to agree with everything you're saying. I mean, he's kinda cute and stuff, but his acting (and I've only seen like 4 episodes) is great! I do love him so much!!

Exactly. It's his acting that makes people so invested in a character like Logan. And rumor has it, if it weren't for Jason, Logan would not be that well written.

And, Barbra, it's a bit creepy, when you're looking at that new EW picture and thinking "Why is Edward Norton there?" and realizing it's Jason. hahah Of course this was about 6 in the morning, and I was tired.

And yeah Rob Thomas, the creator of the show, said in an interview that Logan was supposed to be a lot more of a minor character. They saw how engaging of a performer Logan was and kept having so much fun writing him that he became a huge (and intergral) part of the show.

And I couldnt imagine it any other way so thank Rob!
