Erm, well, as it seems, you can't really say that. [Altho, I really want to agree.]
And just because there are Fox Representatives, doesn't mean they rigged it. Some people who work for Fox may enjoy shows on the WB. Though it doesn't seem like it. Teens do vote for it too. I voted. I guess when it gets to the top four people, they have a different way of narrowing it down. And this should probably be in the OT section.

o sry sheena but i mean if its a FOX show theyd prob want thier network's main show to win over a rival network's

It's alright, I know exactly what you mean and what you are getting at. The OC did win in more catagories then One Tree Hill did, although Gilmore Girls took home a few awards, giving the WB some credit

Teens vote. Its like someone mentioned above. Teens vote throughout the whole summer, and then of the top 4, a panel of other people pick what they think is the best of the four. It says it in the thing you posted...

So I guess One Tree Hill was in the 4 and Fox chose O.C. over it.. It sucks but there's nothing that we can do.. I'm so disappointed that OTH didn't win anything at all.. I voted like, 5 times and I so wanted OTH to win!
 But then again FOX air some WB shows late at night so why would they do that if they are rivals??

ya w/e its just weird how every cat. OTH was in the OC won over it xcept 4 male hottie(chad) but thats not even OTH

They would never have a bunch of FOX reps choose the winner completely. Teens do vote, I did. They would call it "FOX Rep Choice Awards" if it wasn't so.
Chad won 2 or 3 surfboards, and GG won 4, if I recall correctly. And maybe, if you think about it, The O.C. is just a more popular show than One Tree Hill? I mean, it's very possible, lol.

The O.C. has a larger fanbase than OTH...as much as I love OTH, I know its true
 FOX is also a channel that more people get, here in Canada we get FOX, but I only get the WB on digital cable! I'd love to see OTH get more recognition and I'm sure they will eventually. It is one of the fastest growing shows on the WB after all.
