Cut Back on Hidden Sugars

You'd be surprised at the hidden sugars that add pounds. Check the sugar content on a jar of pasta sauce and what's hidden in something as innocuous as club crackers.

Hi there! You can use shea butter and sunflower oil to minimize your scar and to soothe your skin. You can also use it as moisturizer.

What is the best way to remove waterproof mascara? I've used L'Oreal Eye Makeup Remover and washed my face w/ Noxzema, but I still have a little on my eye lashes. I would use vasaline, but I don't have any here @ the house. Help me please.

Which do you think is best general for the body long distance walking (5-10 km) 4 - 5 times a week or weight exercise at the gym two time a week with several 3 km walks all over the week.but i have also need more ideas if anyone want to write there.

I avoid fizzy drinks too and drink ordinary water. I try to drink 2 litres a day to keep my health well.

The redness of your newly healed wound is the result of irritated skin and broken blood vessels underneath the skin. The scar redness is usually very noticeable and can take many months to fade. To speed up this process there are several things you can try:

Use a sunscreen when outdoors - The fresh scar will burn very easily if not protected from the sun. Make sure you're not allowing it to burn because the scar will become more red and ultimately darker than the rest of your skin.
Use a silicone gel - Silicone gel creates a a protective barrier over your scar and can greatly reduce the visibility of your scar. It can soften and flatten your scar and at the same time it can also reduce redness and discoloration. This is, in my opinion, the most effective scar treatment product. Kelocote Scar Gel is a great example of a silicone scar product. If nothing else, use this.
