According to me, fitness is the first demand in all human being, but there are many factors for bad fitness. For best fitness, you should exercise regularly, eat fruits and more vegetables, walking and running are the best for good fitness.

According to me, first of all human demands fitness, but there are many factors to poor maintenance. Health really is a word that you consistently receive after workouts and healthy diet to be some impact on it may be an extra.

Well,Fitness is not about being thin, having a small waist, or having bulging muscles.Fitness helps you feel better and have more energy for work and leisure time.Improving your fitness is good for your heart , lungs, bones and joints.
