Hey peeps, I am Daphney from Chicago. I've been very active as a teenager, sort of got off that in last 15 years. It's time to get back.

Yes leecoper, I totally agree with you. As the thing is that I want to say you that exercises will be that much beneficial for you. The more thing is that he can also join the gym and can get the benefit for it also.

According to me, fitness is the first demand in all human being, but there are many factors for bad fitness. For best fitness, you should exercise regularly, eat fruits and more vegetables, walking and running are the best for good fitness.

I am really a healthy. My body is fit because I always do yoga and some exercises. My son is also good in cycling so I always learn by him. Green vegetables and fresh fruits are good for health. I like vegetarian diet.

According to me, first of all human demands fitness, but there are many factors to poor maintenance. Health really is a word that you consistently receive after workouts and healthy diet to be some impact on it may be an extra.

Best thing that you should do to help you have fit body and burn fats is having daily routines, you can also do some sports and joining workout programs either aerobic and Yoga activity.
