Hello dear,
I have need more ideas for Gain weight and i know also about it and do exercise but not get better results and i go gym, eat food and vitamins but little. I would suggest maybe looking into protein and exercise on top of that.

You should start eating high calorie food and lift some free weight if you want to gain weight and gain your muscles.

Well there has been different controversies on whether to gain weight or loss weight and different health experts have ultimately come to the conclusion that weight loss is more challenging than weight gain because of the fact that rate of over weight is rapidly increasing and that is why people are more concerned about losing weight . On other hand , To gain weight is easy than losing it and you can go to eat foods which contain high carbs in them and more fiber as well .

It's not surprising to hear about Hollywood celebrities on restrictive diets, but lately everyone from Kim Kardashian to Miley Cyrus is coming forward to say not that they won't eat certain foods, but that they can't, due to food sensitivities. Not to be confused with food allergies, food sensitivities are typically not life-threatening, and sufferers deal with symptoms such as fatigue, headaches, bloating, and GI distress. And in some cases, it can also make you gain weight.

To gain weight use high protein foods. protein don't make us fat but makes our muscles strong and massive. So protein is good for weight gaining. Don't use too much oily foods for gaining weight they would be harmful for your digestive system.
