What are some good fitness tips?
I have been trying to lose weight for a couple months now and has been stuck at one weight. Do anyone have any fitness tips and also eating tips for me?

First tell me about your diet?what you eats in routine life?because diet is the main thing to control your weight.First avoid all kind of junk/fast/oily foods.Consist on vegetables,beans,fruits,shakes etc like that.Drinks more and more water rather than to drink cold drinks.Do some physical work out or exercise for burn your excessive fat and weight.

I've been into losing weight from past two years and i have very well so far, I suggest you to Eat a lot of Fresh fruits (i prefer watermelon and or two bananas a day)
and very importantly CUT all the processed food because they make you fat not the clean healthy home-made food. Always eat some home-made food and also drink a lot of water and keep your eye on the amount of carbs you intake, try to avoid it as much as you can. Start exercising and walking everyday, when you slowely get used to it then start jogging and running in a park near your home. I know it is hard but that's what i've been doing too. There is nothing impossible.Don't be panic.Follow some basic rules and you will feel difference.
1.Change your diet plan.Eat vegetables and avoid junk foods. 2.Minimize the use of sugar and cold drinks. 3.Drink maximum water it is so effective for losing weight. 4.Add green tea in your diet,it is natural treatment of losing weight. 5.Exercise is must for losing weight.Running , cycling,swimming are some easy exercises that you do.

Hi all
Drink fresh juices eat fresh vegetables those fruit and vegetables are good for fitness.I have 5 tips for fitness.
