Actually answer of this question is not so easy because meaning of fashion for everyone is not similar. I think from the point of best designers, France is at the top.

Really it's very difficulty to answer this question, in different countries clothing style will be different. So based on their location they wear the clothes, we can't judge which one is best and worst fashion. But in my view India is the best in traditional wear.
