dvd Problem(s)?

I just received supernatural season 3 for Christmas and have had a problem with the last disk of the set i was wondering if its a freak thing or had anyone else had problems.
the other disks work just fine, however the last one will not play in many of my dvd players... instead i receive a "incorrect disk" response. I have found that the disk will read in my PS2 and I can watch Long Distance Call and Time is on My Side, but No Rest for the Wicked and none of the special features can be played; I get a similar error message as the other dvd players.

*THERE IS NOTHING VISIBILITY WRONG WITH THE DVD*

this has been very frustrating for me I hope that some one can offer a suggestion or point me in the correct direction for me to figure this out.

I havn't heard of any other instances like this particular case regarding the SN DVD's unfortunately

The only thing I can think to suggest is to take it back to the store and to exchange it for another copy. Im not sure where you are but here in the UK, if the product is faulty they have to exchange it for you. I hope this helps a little

I would definitely take it back and exchange it. Mine works fine, as does my friend's. We were watching it over her house Friday night.

thank you for your responses, yeah it seems the only option available to me at this point is returning it, which is unfortunate because i received it as a gift and have no receipt or even idea where it may have been purchased from.

I suppose I'll look into customer support from the dvd manufacturer or try to figure out which store it was bought from.

Any store should excahnge it even without a reciept. I work in retail and I know if anything faulty is returned to us, we get credited for it when we send it back to the supplier. So they're not losing out on anything.
