EVERYONE on that show comes back to life, except John Winchester. Jeffrey Dean Morgan has repeatedly said he'd love to be on the show again, so, WTF?!

Bobby is awesome, so glad he wasn't permanantly killed off. Really looking forward to seeing him back with the guys, they've been lost without him.

Great episode last night, Bobby was awesome with the learning to be a ghost scenes. Could add a whole new twist with him helping the boys out with his ghost powers from now on.

I would love to see John back too, he was always a great character. I would hope that whenever this show goes into final season mode (which hopefully is still years away) they bring him back.

I know this isn't a popular opinion (or so it appears), but I really don't like Bobby. I much prefer John.

I think it'd be awesome to bring John back... except as a demon. And he's all messed up and messes with our boys. MWAHAHAHAHA

I like Bobby, but he just doesn't have the right emotional dynamic with the boys. They both love him equally. John was a berserker for the boys, with Sam & Dean's very diametrically opposing attitudes toward him, but more importantly than that, he was family. I find it so hard to believe that they have no other family, besides each other. Sure, they brought in the grandpa, but he was a demon's bitch, and the cousins were perfectly useless.

I watch "Grimm" with the same fervor I once had for Supernatural, and can see there, every bit of what Supernatural used to have, in its first 3 seasons.

I'd agree that John brings out a totally different dynamic in the boys since they have such a rocky history together, but I still think Bobby is the right guy to have around right now.

Bringing John back would need to be it's own season-long story arc and not shoehorned into a season with so much else going on with the Leviathons, Sam's mind wall, etc. But I'd love to see him back at some point.
