K- sis hope you feel better Bam  glad your feeling better sometimes sleep is what the body need to fight off things. Have you tried gargling with warm salt water. I know it is nasty but it does help. I make my gang do it they hate it but it does help. lol most of the times the old fashion home remedies work. for coughs and phalm in the chest drinking warm honey and lemon work as well. lol forgot to put how I am I am ok can't really complain .
