I am frugal or what you call a bargin shopper. So I always take a lot of time thinking before I make a purchase. Unless its a good deal. But I haven't bought a game in a few months, so I have the itch to splurge.

Skyrim is certainly the game I would pick out of those three. It would be well worth your money as it can keep you busy for so many hours. The experience you get from Skyrim is a great one as well.
If you enjoyed past Assassin's Creed titles then I think Revelations is the best one yet.
