Christina Aguilera has signed all documents to deem her a single woman! The singer and her former husband Jordan Bratman finalized their divorce and finished up all the paperwork for their marriage to cease in existence on April 15, 2011.

The 30-year-old star initially filed for divorce in October, citing irreconcilable differences, but it takes six months in California for a divorce to become official.

The couple, who wed in November 2005, has a 3-year-old son, Max.

Fans of the singer are torn. Mentioning of a comeback has slipped from Aguilera's mouth from time to time since the split. However, some fans were fond of the early Aguilera who toned down the sex appeal, and think marriage would help recreate that look. Now that she's single and out partying till the wee hours yet again, those fans worry that the singer will return "dirtier" than ever.
