Anne Hathaway was recently interviewed by Oprah Winfrey, where she confirmed that she will be playing Catwoman in Christopher Nolan's upcoming The Dark Knight Rises. Oprah asked her how she got the call for hosting the Oscars, and Hathaway replied saying that she was waiting for the call "to play Catwoman."



Was this simply a slip of the tongue as the official announcement only mentions Selina Kyle? Or did Hathaway give up some news?
