Gossip Girl star, Leighton Meester, is suing her mom for allegedly redirecting money sent to medically care for her younger brother. According to TMZ, Constance Meester spent the money on plastic surgery, botox, and other personal use.

According to the lawsuit, Constance Meester refused to work. Leighton took it upon herself to send $7,500 a month to her mother, in order to care for her brother, Lex, who has severe medical issues. Now, Constance Meester is stating that she had an "oral" contract with Leighton, claiming that every month, Leighton would send her $10,000 for life. Constance is allegedly threatening her daughter over a $3 million lawsuit. Leighton wants the judge to declare there is no such contract.

Talk about family drama.
