ABC is following suit on the current trend of horror TV shows with their newest project 666 Park Avenue. On the heels of American Horror Story's success, The River on the way and NBC developing shows based on Dracula, The Munsters and Hannibal, the network has ordered a pilot for the show 666 Park Avenue.
The series will be based on the book series of the same name by Gabriella Pierce, which is about a young couple managing a building at the title address where strange things occur.

At first I dismissed the book because of the bad title but it's pretty good. Don't know about a tv show though.
