HBO has continued its habit of quick renewals. The premium network has picked up a second season of Luck just two days after the show's premiere. The second season will get ten episodes, an increase of one from the first season, with production starting in February to air next January.
The show stars Dustin Hoffman, Nick Nolte, Dennis Farina and Richard Kind as a group of people spending time at a horse track. The show drew 3.3 million viewers for its premiere.
