Robert Rodriguez announced on his Twitter that Charlie Sheen has joined the cast of Machete Kills. Sheen will play the President of the United States. Here is what Rodriguez posted:

I am so happy to hear this, charlie will make it more epic.
I enjoyed the Machete a lot and very much looking forward to the sequel.
