If there's one thing game companies are good at building is hype. Some of them are also good at making games too. Well the fine folks have got the former down, and the trailer below is the proof. As for the latter, our own Andrew Stevens is working on his review for next week to let you all know, and he's a bit of a teaser to whet your appetites for the full review next week.

An adventure awaits you on August 14th with the release of Darksiders II. In this Action/RPG you’ll be climbing your way through obstacles and smashing your way through lots of enemies as you delve into this sequel. With my hands-on preview, I was able to see just how adventuresome this game can be in its opening act as you climb your way through multiple areas to push onward. To keep this brief and without saying much – Your adventure is going to be well worth it come August 14th and be sure to look for my review that morning to find out my overall thoughts on the game. It’s not just the obstacles or the action that will have you hooked, but one of the first things you should notice is the soundtrack as well. It seems as if it has all the right pieces thus far for a grand adventure.
