Well it's official. Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are no longer TomKat. The couple is officially divorced after their five-year marriage. A New York judge signed off on the final judgement on Monday.
Holmes filed for divorce less than two months ago, and the former couple entered negotiations right away. They reached a settlement last month giving Katie primary custody of their six-year-old daughter, Suri, and Tom getting extensive visitation rights.
Cruise and Holmes were married in a lavish ceremony in Italy in November 2006 after meeting in April 2005, and their daughter Suri was born just before in April 2006 and played a star role in their nuptials.
Holmes and her daughter will be living in New York while Tom will split his time between there and Los Angeles.
