Tracy Lawrence made a special stop at radio station, The Wolf's, studios in San Francisco. The country star and his band performed a private concert for a dozen contest winners. The fans also got to stick around and be a part of the morning radio show which featured an interview with Lawrence. The small audience was grouped together in the lobby patiently awaiting the country star's arrival

Lawrence casually made his way into the studios, band mates and tour manager in tow. The well known voice of hits such as "Find Out Who Your Friends Are," and "Time Marches On," spoke to the attendees like they were his old friends. Lawrence happily took pictures and signed autographs while he spoke about everything form American Idol to his eight year old daughter. Once the guitars came out, it was trademark Tracy Lawrence. He ran through the list of hits everyone wanted to hear as well as a new song that hasn't been release "Pills."

Lawrence sounded great in less than ideal conditions. Performing acoustically the recognizable songs still sounded as they should. "Pills," was an instant hit among the fans, so much so that they urged him to play that live on the radio instead of any one of his mega hits he was planning on. He even played some new songs off of the upcoming gospel driven album "The Rock." It was nice to see that even in the midst of a busy tour schedule Lawrence found time to, just hang out with some of his biggest fans. Lawrence was both professional and genuine and gave the fans a day that won't be forgotten anytime soon.
