According to Empire Online, regardless of the ending of 'Wanted', Russian director Timur Bekmabetov of 'Wanted 2' wants to bring Angelina's character back on screen.

Preparations for the movie- which is slated to begin production next month- are in the works. No reference is made to another of the original film's principal characters, played by James McAvoy, returning.
