Megan Fox has sparked rumors she's now dating Transformers co-star Shia Labeouf by dinning out with the star while in New York.
A source close to the pair says that,"They definitely seemed into each other... Shia couldn't keep his eyes off Megan. He literally watched her like a hawk all night."
Fox, 23, recently ended her engagement to Brian Austin Green, 35, earlier this year. Fox has confirmed that the relationship is definitely over.

Funny. I came across this on E!'s website - completely contradicting this article...which "source" shall we believe? (as in where the news is getting THEIR info)
