The first scenes for the eagerly awaited 'Sex In The City 2' began filming today around the Manhattan area.

Sarah Jessica Parker was seen strutting around as Carrie for the film's sequel, in a gold-sequenced Christian Laboutin stilettos and a sheer white mini-dress.

And according to Kristin Davis who plays the sweet and innocent Charlotte York-Goldenblat, this movie will be 'very different' from the first.

"We did the first one, and those were our pent-up things that we hadn't finished in the show, so now we're just starting fresh in a way, which is really, really exciting. It's just a new adventure." explained Davis.
