Bruce Campbell stated at the Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs premiere on Saturday that Spider-Man 4 would start shooting in January and that he will have a larger role. He has made cameos in the first three films but said his part in the next film is a major part.

Campbell doesn't know anything about his character, but some have rumored he could play Mysterio, the Master of Illusion.

The film is set to open May 6th, 2011.
