'Fast & Furious' director Justin Lin and producer Neal Moritz are set to helm the remake of the 1986 cult classic, 'Highlander'. Longtime 'Highlander' series producer Peter Davis will also produce. 'Iron Man' writers Art Marcum and Matt Holloway are writing the script.

The new film will center around an immortal Scottish swordsman who must confront a murderously brutal bardarian who lusts for a fabled prize.
