Last night Project Runway's Tim Gunn stopped by Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and talked a bit about Halloween costumes. Gunn also talked about the new season of 'Project Runway', filming a scene for the 'Sex and The City' sequel, and socks and underwear as high fashion. Check out the video below!
