Underwood Monitors Everything She Eats
Country star CARRIE UNDERWOOD is so worried about her weight, she writes down
the calorie details of everything she eats.
The Jesus, Take The Wheel singer admits she pays more attention than she
should on the food she consumes.
Underwood tells American magazine Glamour, "I'm slightly obsessive-compulsive
about what I eat, more than I should be.
"I write down everything I eat. I started doing it last year (06). And in the
last year is when I've gotten more healthy and lost weight."
