In addition, Emily Osment makes her music debut, singing the film’s theme song “I Don’t Think About It.” The song, along with a never-before-seen music video, will be available on the DVD. R. L. Stine's The Haunting Hour: Don’t Think About It kicks off a series of spooky and suspenseful thrillers for the entire family based on the work of one of the world’s best-selling children’s authors.
We recently had the pleasure to sit down with Emily and ask her a couple questions about the dvd, Hannah Montana, her brother, and what she does during her down time.
Now in The Haunting Hour you character is a goth, which is quite different than your character Lily on Hannah Montana. Did you enjoy being able to play someone with a different style sense? And how was it overall working on The Haunting Hour in comparison to Hannah Montana?
Emily: Lilly and Cassie are two very different characters. Playing different roles is what I want to do and I’m always looking for that. The differences between working on Hannah Montana and working on the Haunting Hour are vast simply because one is a TV show and the other one is a movie. We shoot “Hannah” on one sound stage all the time. Movies are shot in many different locations. TV shows have very regular hours. Film work can be practically any time, day and night.
What did you like best about filming this project?
Emily: I got to live in Pittsburgh for six weeks. I really like going new places and filming in new places and meeting new people.
