NBC Wants Your Best Sitcom Idea

NBC will officially launch its new site NBC Comedy Playground on May 1st. Via the NBC Comedy Playground anyone will be able to submit their ideas in hopes of getting selected for a hit NBC comedy (a second winner will have their show produced on NBC.com).

To submit your ideas you have to download an application and sign it, then submit two videos (One introducing yourself and the other pitching your past work). The advisory board has big names in the comedy to select which shows turn into a reality including Jason Bateman, Mindy Kaling, Aziz Ansari, Adam McKay, Seth Meyers, Amy Poehler, Craig Robinson, and Maya Rudolph. It’s a great chance for a total unknown to get their name out there.
