The Sacramento Rivercats, a minor league affiliate of the Oakland Athletics, welcomed former 49ers tight end Ted Popson to Raley Field last Friday. The former 49er threw out the ceremonial first pitch and stuck around to chat with fans and sign a few autographs.

TNT's newest show 'Dark Blue' premiered last night in Atlanta, Georgia to a small venue packed with people. Even while the venue was cramped, it didn't seem to make the pilot episode any less enjoyable for the audience. They loved it.

'Dark Blue' takes place in the underbelly of Los Angeles, where criminals roam free under the veil of night or hide in the shadows of daylight. Wandering in and out of this seedy underworld is just another day at the office for Lt. Carter Shaw (Dylan McDermott) and his special undercover task force. They understand, better than anyone, that to bring down a criminal underworld one must first dive into its depths and get on the criminals’ level.

This season of Eureka picks up right where the last one left us dangling: our beloved Sheriff Carter is a sheriff no more and is preparing to leave small town life for a government job. General Mansfield brings in a replacement for Carter: Sheriff Andy, who is well prepared to take up the position, if not a little strange. You'll see what I mean. Trouble starts up when a trees fall and block a road, with nothing seeming to cause it. When the problem begins to escalate, Carter and Andy have to work together to save the town.

Being the geek that I am, when I saw the ad for Warehouse 13 I immediately thought of that goofy episode of Fullmetal Alchemist with the "haunted" warehouse. Certainly there could be no relation, and indeed there isn't. The ad got me intrigued, though, and I was pleased to be able catch a glimpse at the show before it officially aired.

Yes, sources confirm to us exclusively that Sendhil will be appearing on the USA Network detective comedy Psych in an episode titled "Bollyhood Homicide," which is tentatively slated to air the fourth week of the season.

But who does Sendhil play, and what surprising family tie made this possible?

As it turns out, Heroes star Sendhil Ramamurthy and Psych director Jay Chandrasekhar are cousins, and they are both appearing in "Bollywood Homicide."
