Weekend Box Office Report: March 4th – 6th, 2011

Rango took the #1 spot at the box office this weekend, finishing out its opening weekend with $38 million. Matt Damon and Emily Blunt’s The Adjustment Bureau opened in the #2 position, bringing in $20.9 million. The teen-oriented fantasy romance Beastly opened in third place, bringing in $10.1 million. The comedy Hall Pass fell three spots in its second week, bringing in $9.0 million. Gnomeo and Juliet also fell three spots this week, slipping to #5 with $6.9 million in its fourth weekend.

Take Me Home Tonight also opened this weekend in #11 position.
