Weekend Box Office Report: ‘Spider-Man’ Takes #1 Spot
As expected, The Amazing Spider-Man easily won the box office this weekend bringing in $65 million for the three-day weekend to take the #1 spot. Meanwhile, last week’s #1 Ted slipped a spot to land at #2 but held on well with $32.6 million. Staying even at #3 was Pixar’s Brave in its third week with $20.2 million. Opening at #4 was Oliver Stone’s Savages which brought in $16.2. Last week’s #2, Magic Mike, slipped three spots in its second week to #5 with $15.6 million.

I haven’t seen spiderman yet, don’t really want to. But I’m glad Ted is still going great. it was so hilarious.
